Client/Mother and OP/Father are the parents of one minor child, age 7. Pursuant to the Temporary Order entered on March 1, 2013, incident to OP’s petition for expedited relief, Client retains primary physical custody and OP has partial physical custody on weekends from Friday through Sunday. The pick-up and drop-off of the child is handled by paternal grandparents. Client works some weekends, so Client thinks that the current scheduled should be modified. There is a hearing before a Judge scheduled for October 28, 2013 at 9 a.m.  OP is represented by counsel.

Client/Mother and OP/Father are the parents to two minor children, ages 7 and 4.  Under the terms of the current order, OP has physical custody of the children from Sunday to Wednesday and Client has physical custody from Wednesday to Sunday. Client believes that the children would benefit from a more stable schedule with OP’s time being limited primarily to time on the weekend.  Client lives in Delaware County and OP lives in Philadelphia.  There is a hearing scheduled incident to the Petition to Modify filed by Client for June 11, 2013 at 1:30 p.m.

Client/Mother and OP/Father are the parents of two minor children, ages 7 and 3. There is currently a temporary agreement giving Client primary physical custody and OP partial physical custody of the children. According to Client, OP has been aggressive and hostile toward Client and has threatened to take the children from her.
