Philadelphia LawWorks is able to provide direct intake for nonprofit organizations and small businesses. The application contains instructions on what information is required with your application. You may download the LawWorks application below.

For Nonprofits:

• Application to Incorporate/Apply for 501(c)(3) Status
  • All applicants for incorporation/applying for 501(c)(3) status are required to watch the free, on-demand online webinar "Starting a Nonprofit: Upsides, Downsides and Alternatives," produced by Pro Bono Partnership.

• Application for Established Nonprofit Organizations
  • To apply for a Nonprofit Legal Assessment, please complete the Nonprofit Legal Assessment Checklist in addition to the Application for Established Nonprofits. For more information on a legal assessment, contact Marco Gorini at mgorini@phillyvip.org or 215-523-9565.
