Please note that Philadelphia VIP is a referral organization. All individual clients must be referred to VIP by another public interest agency. Homeownership cases must be referred to LawWorks by another community organization such as Community Legal Services, Philadelphia Legal Assistance, SeniorLAW Center and the Homeless Advocacy Project.
