Please join Philadelphia VIP for a comprehensive training on filing guardianship petitions in Philadelphia’s Orphans’ Court.
The training will cover policy and procedure before the Orphans’ Court, best practices, and how to navigate challenges. We will also discuss recent changes to the statute governing guardianship practice.
This CLE will be led by Daniel Boose, Tim Holman, and Kathy Ochroch.
