Join VIP and Blank Rome for a training on recent changes to guardianship in Pennsylvania. The training will be led by Kathy Ochroch, Esq. of Blank Rome and Timothy Holman, Esq. of Smith, Kane, Holman, LLC.
Act 61 was passed in 2023 in Pennsylvania and provides that individuals facing guardianship proceedings have the right to legal representation, regardless of their ability to pay. This training will briefly cover guardianship practice and procedure in Philadelphia County on behalf of proposed guardians of alleged incapacitated individuals.
