Seventy-one-year-old client would like assistance preparing a will, a financial power of attorney, and healthcare power of attorney, and a living will. She would like her daughter, who lives with her, to serve as executor and sole beneficiary of the will and as her agent for both powers of attorney. A volunteer is asked to prepare the documents according to client’s wishes and help her execute them.
