A client needs assistance with an eviction hearing scheduled for Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 8:30 AM in Municipal Court. The client fell behind on her rent after a financial hardship and workplace injury. She made partial payments towards her balance and has held a portion of her rent in escrow since the filing of the case. She would like to enter a payment agreement so she and her family can stay in the apartment. A volunteer is needed to help negotiate with her landlord and represent her at the hearing.
