Client is in need of assistance preparing estate planning documents. Client would like a will naming her eldest son as executor, and naming both her sons as equal beneficiaries of her estate. Client would also like medical and financial powers of attorney, which name her eldest son as agent, and a living will. A volunteer is needed to help prepare and execute these documents according to her wishes.
