Client seeks representation in an auto accident case. The incident occurred on February 18, 2025, while client was employed by Hertz through a staffing agency called Unique on the Go. Client was driving one of his coworkers in a Hertz vehicle to pick up a different Hertz car from another building. On the way, he collided with plaintiff’s vehicle. Plaintiff has now sued client, as well as Unique on the Go and Hertz, in the Court of Common Pleas. The affidavit of service was filed on June 12, 2026. A volunteer is needed to draft a response to the complaint and represent client throughout the process.
