Client seeks assistance with a deed of confirmation to remove her deceased husband’s name from their deed. Client and her husband owned the property as tenants by the entirety until his death in November of 2020. Client needs to remove his name in order to be able to apply for a property tax rebate. A volunteer is needed to assist with drafting a deed confirming title in Client’s name.
