Client seeks representation in an auto accident matter with an arbitration hearing scheduled for September 23rd, 2026. Client was in an auto accident in June 2023. Client was driving when she approached a double-parked car. Client attempted to drive around this car when, as the complaint alleges, she collided with a pedestrian who emerged from near the car.
