Client would like help obtaining title in his name so that he can apply for repair programs. Client’s grandmother held title in trust for client’s father. Grandmother passed in 2008, and father passed in February 2026 without a will. Client is his only heir. Client has already opened father’s estate and has letters of administration. Client currently lives in the home, plans to continue living there, and will be the only one on title. All the utilities are on and the house is safe to live in, but some of the repair issues include water filling up in the basement, hole in the kitchen from a tree, and more. A volunteer is needed to help client prepare a new deed and execute it.
