Case #26-0125477

Urgent

Client seeks representation in a debt collection case in the Court of Common Pleas. In November 2025, there was a fire in the apartment she was renting. The fire damaged both client’s apartment and the neighboring house. Allstate, client’s neighbor’s insurance company, is now suing client. Client does not know how the fire started, and there are disputes over the facts in the case. According to the complaint, the fire was started by a cigarette inside the home. The arbitration hearing is scheduled for March 22, 2027, at 9:15 am. Client’s landlord is not listed as a defendant. A volunteer is needed to file an answer by September 7, 2026, and represent client throughout the process.
