Veteran seeks assistance with getting title to his home. Currently the home is owned by client’s father, who passed away in 2023. The only other heir is client’s brother, who is willing to give client his interest in the property. Client is the personal representative of his father’s estate and has obtained Letters of Administration. A volunteer is needed to draft a deed transferring title to client.
