Responsive client seeks assistance with getting title to his childhood home that he has lived in for over 40 years. Client’s stepfather and step-grandmother were the record owners of the property. His grandmother died in 2011, leaving client’s stepfather has her only heir. Client’s stepfather died intestate in 2020 and left behind three heirs, not including client. Renunciations from all three heirs for both estates have already been submitted to the Register of Wills. A volunteer is needed to help probate both estates, including transferring title to the client and filing inheritance tax returns.
