Client is in need of assistance preparing estate planning documents. Client would like a will naming her husband as sole beneficiary and executor of her estate. Client would also like medical and financial powers of attorney, which name her husband as agent and her sister as alternate agent, along with a living will. A volunteer is needed to help prepare and execute these documents according to her wishes.
