Client needs title so that he may qualify for repairs to his home’s roof that is leaking. A volunteer is needed to assist client apply to the Tangled Title Fund to cover associated costs of probate, open his wife’s estate, prepare a new deed transferring title to client, and file the inheritance tax return.
