Client, who was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer, would like to prepare a will leaving his home and everything else to his son. Client’s sister will be the executor of his will. Client is also interested in healthcare and financial powers of attorney naming his son as his agent, and a living will. A volunteer is asked to help client prepare and execute the documents.
