Client would like assistance with probating his grandmother’s estate and getting title to his home. Client’s grandmother passed away intestate in 2020 and left two heirs, client’s mother and client’s uncle. Both heirs have signed renunciations and are willing to transfer their interest in the property to client. A volunteer is needed to help probate his grandmother’s estate, draft a deed that transfers title to client, and file an inheritance tax return.
