Contracts-Nonprofit- Client is an established nonprofit whose mission is to support the emergence of social & environmental justice projects and sacred spaces. They currently operate two programs. One supports community gardening and the other supports the growth and development of community leaders. The community garden program supports urban neighborhoods in designing, creating, and maintaining gardens as a way of building security. The leader development program supports the growth and development of young environmental leaders. Client is seeking support with revising liability and indemnification language in its contracts.
