Client needs assistance with a name change. When recently applying for Social Security benefits, Client learned that the name on his birth certificate is different than the name he has used his entire life. Client would like to legally change his name to have his birth certificate match his other ID documents so he can obtain Social Security. Client has already obtained fingerprints and escrowed money for publication. A volunteer is needed to help draft and file a petition for name change and ultimately assist with amending the birth certificate.
