Client is seeking assistance obtaining title to his home. His wife, the record owner, died intestate in 2026 leaving three heirs, the client and her two adult children. The client has lived in the house with his wife since the house was purchased in 2006. One of the children is cooperative and willing to give their interest to Client. A volunteer is needed to help open Client’s wife’s estate, draft a deed in his name, and apply to the Tangled Title Fund.
