Client seeking assistance probating her grandmother’s estate and obtaining title to her home. Her grandmother passed away intestate in April 2025, leaving 8 heirs, including client. The seven other heirs are the client’s father, and six aunts/uncles. All heirs are cooperative and have signed renunciations requesting that client be made administrator of her grandmother’s estate. A volunteer is needed to help probate the estate, including transferring title to the client and filing inheritance tax returns.
