Client seeks assistance with removing her former partner’s name from title of her home. Client and her former partner purchased the home in 2006, but were never legally married. The property does not have a mortgage. Former partner is willing to sign the deed when it is ready. VIP has assisted Client with completing an application to the Tangled Title Fund (TTF). A volunteer is needed to help prepare a new deed for client and apply to TTF to cover the transfer taxes.
