Client contracted with a consultant to create a website and provide coaching. The website was created on the Go-Daddy platform over six months ago. The consultant has not turned over ownership of the site to the client and as a result the business owner is unable to access the website. Client has repeatedly reached out to the consultant to request access as well as the platform host without luck. Client is seeking legal support in gaining access to the website.
