Client seeks assistance probating his mother’s estate and obtaining title to her home. His mother passed away intestate in February 2025, leaving client as her only heir. VIP has assisted Client with completing an application to the Tangled Title Fund to cover the costs associated with probate. A volunteer is needed to help client probate his mother’s estate, including preparing and executing a new deed transferring title to client, and filing the inheritance tax return.
