Corporate Governance- Client is an established nonprofit whose mission is to preserve a historic Quaker burial ground, and act as a collaborative partner in the revitalization of the Fairhill community in North Philadelphia through school partnerships for literacy, greening, and community engagement events. Client is seeking legal support in drafting a policy which outlines document retention and destruction policies and practices.
