Client seeks assistance with an auto accident matter. In June 2025, client was involved in an accident with the plaintiff. Client alleges that he was driving at the speed limit when he was forced to change lanes, as a car tried to merge into his car. Client ended up in the left side of the intersection, and allegedly collided with another car, of which the plaintiff was a passenger. Client was uninsured at the time of the accident. Client was served the complaint in July 2026 and an answer is now past due. However, the client has not yet received a notice of 10-day default. A volunteer is requested to file an answer to the complaint and represent the client throughout the proceedings.
