In January 2026, Husband filed a complaint in divorce and served Client with the documents. That same month, he attempted to withdraw the complaint but the praecipe to withdraw was denied as insufficient. Client has since lost contact with Husband but still has a good address for him. Client and Husband do not share any assets, and Client does not wish to make any economic claims; she believes Husband will not either. A volunteer is needed to assist Client in finishing the divorce process.
