Case Type Auto Accident Skills Developed Client Interviewing/Courtroom Experience

Case #26-0127292

Client seeks assistance with an auto accident matter. The complaint alleges that in December 2024, Client allegedly struck the pedestrian plaintiff with her car, while under the influence. Client says she saw the plaintiff at the intersection and that he pretended to be hit by her car. She said he said he was okay when she approached him outside of her car, and neither the plaintiff nor the client called the police. The complaint does not include a police report. A local bar and owner are listed as co-defendants in the suit. Client’s car was not insured at the time of the alleged accident. Client was served on September 8, 2026. A volunteer is needed to file an answer to the complaint and represent the client throughout the proceedings.
