Client seeks assistance with a no asset, no fault divorce. Client and her husband married in December 2017 and have been separated since December 2025. While husband will likely consent to the divorce, it should be noted that client has an active Protection from Abuse (PFA) order against him. They do not share any assets or property together, nor do they have any minor children. Client does not wish to make any economic claims and believes her husband will not either. A volunteer is needed to initiate the divorce and represent Client throughout the process.
