Mother seeks representation at a custody hearing on January 12, 2027, at 1 PM in front of Judge Tiffany Palmer regarding her three children, ages 14, 12, and 10. The opposing party is the children’s father. The parties separated in October 2025, and client is seeking a divorce. There is currently no existing custody order in place between client and opposing party, but the children live primarily with client. Client alleges that the children are not disciplined at opposing party’s house, which affects their schoolwork and behavior.
