Spanish-speaking client requires representation in an auto accident matter before the Court of Common Pleas set for arbitration on May 17, 2027. The complaint alleges that on October 24, 2025, a third-party, who had been given permission by Client to drive his car, drove through a red light while speeding and struck Plaintiff’s car, causing serious and sustained injuries. Client and his co-defendant deny that the light was red, and that Co-defendant was speeding. Client arrived at the scene shortly after the accident and waited for the police to arrive for almost two hours. During this time, Client says he spoke with Plaintiff and she appeared entirely unharmed. While Client was insured at the time of the accident, his insurance has declined to represent him. Client was served on August 19, 2026, and has filed an answer. A volunteer is needed to possibly file an amended answer, and to represent Client at the arbitration and throughout the proceedings.
